Triathlon & Endurance Sport Coaching

Training Plan Package:

  • Custom plan based on your race, your goals and your available time.
  • Typical week includes 2-3 swim, 2-3 bike, 2-3 run, 1-2 S&C and 1 day off
  • Unlimited communication with Coach through Text, Calls, emails and TrainingPeaks.
  • As part of The Planted Athlete team, you will receive a complimentary The Planted Athlete t-shirt as well as a discount code to use toward our team gear and merchandise.

 

Coach Bio:

 Teddy grew up in a cyclist family. From a very young age and up to his early 20, he has started his endurance sport journey with road bike racing, mountain biking, running and duathlon.

 Then Teddy moved away from his passion of sport to focus on his engineering career and moved to the United States at age 26. 

 Many years later, Teddy was fighting some mental health issues related to stress, bad eating habits and lack of physical activity. Searching for ways to exit the daily struggles, he switched his nutrition to plant-based and starting exercising consistently again. From running 5k in his neighborhood to completing a full Ironman in just few years later, Teddy has acquired a strong experience with endurance sport and has founded The Planted Athlete to inspire new athletes to follow is successful pass.

 Teddy is a multiple 70.3 Ironman World Championship Qualifier, an Ironman and 70.3 Ironman finisher with sub 5 hour finish. He is an Ironman All World Athlete performing in the top 5% of age group triathletes. He has completed hundreds of sport events, 10+ Marathons and Half marathon including the iconic New York City Marathon.

 Teddy put his experience to good use giving you the best tips and tricks to improve your athletic journey and lifestyle. He takes joy helping new athletes to achieve their goal.
